Whether that absence is for a short or an extended period of time, our goal is to be your eyes and ears while you’re away by checking to make sure your home remains in good working condition. We can help avoid such common problems as pipes that dry out if not used, flushing of toilets, checking on air conditioners,and potential water leaks. During the homeowner’s absence, the home is checked on a weekly basis to ensure that everything is in proper working order.

- Interior/exterior property walk thru

- Check all doors and windows

- Inspect Heat/Air Conditioning settings

- Inspect water heater, washer/dryer

- Inspect faucets, freezers and wine coolers

- Run ceiling fans for 10 minutes

- Check all telephone lines, alarms and cable TV

- Water indoor plants

- Operate garage doors

- Inspect all exterior areas of property, gates and pool area

- Collect newspaper and mail

- Inspect for insect infestation

- Check for interior leaks and heavy rain

- Put out waste bins as necessary

- Movement of vehicles

- Meet with contractors and repair persons
